Experience Design is all about the process. Knowing how to use it, how to adapt it, when to accelerate it, and what you need to do at a given step to achieve the best results for the user and the business, all while making sure it can actually be implemented. At a high level, this is my approach to projects.

Hypothesis-driven UX Journey

Throughout my career, I have led and have been involved in every step of the UX journey on projects: Discovery, Strategy & Alignment, Design & Validation, Implementation

Discovery

Create a shared understanding of the current market, known approaches, best practices, and specific user needs. Identify starting point for initiative.
