While Mastercard is a household name (you may have a Mastercard credit card in your wallet), many may not know how many other products they have. The Mastercard Brighterion product group partnered with my agency to lead their UX effort in building products used to prevent and investigate fraud and financial crimes, including healthcare fraud. I led this effort and engagement with Brighterion and other product groups within Mastercard.

Product Strategy & Design Leadership

Design Language System
When we started working with Brighterion, the Mastercard Design Language System had not yet been released. We used Brand Guidelines to build out the DLS for Brighterion, much of it was adopted by Mastercard.
I designed and managed the DLS for 2 years prior to handoff and continue to contribute to it as a single source of truth used to reduce design and development effort and costs to accelerate time-to-market across their ecosystem of products and services.
